CALENDAR CHANGE - DELAYING THE START OF 2ND SEMESTER

Bedford County Public Schools will be delaying the start of the second semester of the 2020-21 school year until January 21, 2021, in order to provide two additional instructional collaboration days on January 19 and 20.

This delayed start will allow teachers more time to prepare for the approximately 664 learners who have elected to shift to in-person, hybrid, or Bedford Connects (100% remote) learning options during the second semester.  We appreciate everyone’s patience and understanding as we do our best to continue to safely operate our schools while accommodating families who have requested learning model changes.
